All standard RealFlow licenses come with one year of free support. 365 days after your first purchase of a RealFlow standard license, you will be sent a reminder that your support and maintenance subscription is due for renewal.

• To make your RealFlow support and maintenance subscription more convenient, you will only be charged once a year, regardless of the number of licenses you hold.
• You will be charged the annual subscription for the first RealFlow 5 license you purchased, plus the appropriate percentage of the annual sum for any additional licenses you purchased during the previous year.
• Prices per license are as follows:

RealFlow 2012 Standard licenses	$1000/€750 per year
RealFlow 2012 Node licenses	$50/€35 per year

 

• If you decide that you would prefer not to pay RealFlow support and maintenance, you will not receive any free upgrades, and will miss out on all new and updated/improved features.
• We will no longer be able to offer you technical support or access to the customer download area.

1. Log into the customer gateway
2. Go to View Licenses to check on your payment total, which has been calculated into one easy annual payment.
3. Go to Buy/Upgrade licenses, then:
   
   a. Select Buy Direct to purchase with a credit card and receive instant access to all the benefits of the support and maintenance package.
   
   b. Select Buy via your nearest reseller to see a list of resellers in your area.
